Summer Intensive

Regular practice done with persistence and devotion is the key to success in Yoga. This popular annual workshop is a great opportunity to learn how to structure a comprehensive and balanced daily Yoga practice.

We will also focus on bringing meditative concentration to your asana practice. Classes will combine Yoga asana with Vipassana (Insight or Mindfulness) and Vajrayana meditation techniques.
